The Rates below can vary and we periodically offer discounted weeks for short notice bookings; so its best to check the cost with us.
All prices are for the villa & include a weekly change of linen & towels & for rentals longer than a week a mid-stay clean can be arranged for a small cost.

Peak times are Easter & Christmas, they get booked up almost a year in advance!
Please contact us if you would like any other information or wish to discuss long term rental rates ie greater than 2 weeks.
To secure a booking, a 20% deposit will be required followed by the full balance 6 weeks prior to departure.
A £300 Damage Deposit cheque should be sent at any time up to 3 weeks before departure. This will not be cashed and will be returned or shredded, on your instructions, on your return home. Rest assured, we have only had to cash this once in 4 years! A group of "young golfers" had a party --- needless to say, they are now banned!
