A drive of about 15-20 mns takes you to El Medano. This is a favourite with Tenerifians for the weekend and is very popular with kite surfers & wind surfers. Great fun to spend an afternoon watching!

Los Abrigos is the next village along from Golf del Sur. You can walk it in around 20mns, but it is over some unmade paths! A taxi will cost around 7€. There are some great fish restaurants & is usually always busy.
